Prawns ( Kolambi ) Biryani Recipe

🍤 Prawns Biryani  (  कोलंबी  भात  )  Recipe 🍤



Ingredients:

  1.   1 Bowl Onion.
  2.   Oil.
  3.   Water.
  4.   Fresh Prawns.
  5.   Garam Masala. 
  6.   Red chilli powder.
  7.   Turmeric powder.
  8.   Coriander power.
  9.   Chat masala.
  10.   Fresh chopped Coriander.
  11.   Tomato puree.
  12.   Ginger & Garlic paste.
  13.   Granded coconut paste.
  14.   1 & half bowl of steamed Rice.


Steps:



1.    Take a nonstick pan , heat on medium flame.

2.    Take 1-2 Spoon oil.

3.    Add onion paste make them little brown colour, once they are little brown colour grind it and make thick paste.


4.    Add 1-2 Spoon oil in the same pan ,add onion paste with Ginger & garlic paste ,Toss it for 10-15 seconds.

5.    Add 1 & Half Spoon of red chilli powder , quarter Spoon of Turmeric powder,  quarter Spoon of Garam masala, quarter Spoon of coriander powder, quarter Spoon of chat masala. Toss it for 10-15 minutes.

6.    Add 1 bowl of tomato puree.

7.    Add 2-3 Spoon of Granded coconut paste.

8.    Add Little amount of water for a thick gravy.

9.    Add some Fresh prawns and boil it ,till a thick gravy and losses its oil on side of the pan.

10.  Finally sprinkle some chopped coriander on top , keep it for rest.

11.  Now take a empty vessel And on other hand heat aluminium Tawa on low flame.

12.  Add some amount of prawns gravy in the empty vessel and add a layer of Steamed Rice again add some gravy and then a layer of steamed Rice repeat the same process once again.

13.  Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and fried onion in little brownies colour.

14.  Close  the vessel with a lead and keep it on aluminium tawa for half hour. After half hour its ready to serve.
