Omelet Burji (अंडा भुर्जी )

 Omelet Bhurji  (अंडा  भुर्जी ) Ingredients 1.Chopped onion 2.Fine Chopped tomatoes 3.Fine chopped Green chili 4.chopped coriander 5.2 eggs 6.Red chilli powder 7.turmeric powder 8.salt 9.oil Steps: 1. Take a pan heat it ,add 2 Spoon oil. 2. Add chopped onions toss for few minutes. 3. Add fine chopped tomatoes toss it for few seconds. 4. Add 2 fine chopped Green chilli . 5. Then add some spices like pinch of turmeric powder and if you want it spicy add quarter Spoon of       red chilli powder. 6. Add salt according to taste. 7. Then break 2 eggs in the pan and toss the mixture till it all get mixed up and think. 8. Sprinkle some fresh coriander and enjoy it with bread or pav.

Fired Bombay duck ( बोम्बील फ्राई ) Crispy

Fired Bombay duck ( बोम्बील फ्राई  ) Crispy  Ingredients: Red chilli powder . Turmeric powder. Salt. Oil. 3-4 clove of Ginger. Semolina (Rava) flour. Rice flour. Bombay duck. Steps: 1 . Take fresh Bombay duck, wash it and Clean it. 2 . Marinating Process : Take a bowl add the Bombay duck in it add 1 Spoon red chilli powder + half Spoon turmeric powder + salt according to taste.. leave it for some time. 3 . Take Rice flour And Semolina (Rava) flour . 4 . Take the Marinated Bombay duck deep it in the rice and tap the fish , keep it in side. 5 . Heat a pan with 2 big spoon oil. 6 . Add 3-4 clove of garlic toss it for 3-4 second . 7 . Then add the Marinated Bombay duck in pan. 8 . Sprinkle some Semolina  (Rava) flour.

Crab Curry ( चिम्बोरी  सारण ) Ingredients : Fine Chopped Onion Oil Salt Water Ginger + Garlic Coriander  Green chilly Red chilly power Turmeric powder Garam Masala Dry Coconut shell Fresh Crabs  Steps: Making A Paste: Take fresh coriander 1 bowl + 2 green chill+ small fresh ginger + 3-4 garlic + a pinch of salt and grind it . Take a dry coconut Fri it on fire flame cut it in small piece and grind it . 1.      Take 2 small spoon of oil in an vessel 2.      Add 2 big spoon of  of the paste we made 3.      Add 1 Spoon of coconut paste, add half cup of water,Toss it for 2-3 minutes 4.      See the gravy getting thick add 2 Spoon Red chilly powder+  Half Spoon Turmeric powder + Quarter Spoon Garam masala,Toss it for 1-2 minutes 5.      Add 4 cups of water  and when it starts boiling , accordingly add salt + and fresh crabs and keep it for at lest 30-45 minutes. 6.      Once the gravy is thick shut the gas nob an

🍤 Prawns Biryani   (  कोलंबी  भात  )   Recipe 🍤 Ingredients:   1 Bowl Onion.   Oil.   Water.   Fresh Prawns.   Garam Masala.    Red chilli powder.   Turmeric powder.   Coriander power.   Chat masala.   Fresh chopped Coriander.   Tomato puree.   Ginger & Garlic paste.   Granded coconut paste.   1 & half bowl of steamed Rice. Steps: 1.    Take a nonstick pan , heat on medium flame. 2.    Take 1-2 Spoon oil. 3.    Add onion paste make them little brown colour, once they are little brown colour grind it and make thick paste. 4.    Add 1-2 Spoon oil in the same pan ,add onion paste with Ginger & garlic paste ,Toss it for 10-15 seconds. 5.    Add 1 & Half Spoon of red chilli powder , quarter Spoon of Turmeric powder,  quarter Spoon of Garam masala, quarter Spoon of coriander powder, quarter Spoon of chat masala. Toss it for 10-15 minutes. 6.    Add 1 bowl of tomato puree. 7.    Add 2-3 Spoon of Granded coconut paste.
