Fired Bombay duck ( बोम्बील फ्राई  ) Crispy 



Ingredients:

  1. Red chilli powder .
  2. Turmeric powder.
  3. Salt.
  4. Oil.
  5. 3-4 clove of Ginger.
  6. Semolina (Rava) flour.
  7. Rice flour.
  8. Bombay duck.

Steps:

1 . Take fresh Bombay duck, wash it and Clean it.

2 . Marinating Process : Take a bowl add the Bombay duck in it add 1 Spoon red chilli powder + half Spoon turmeric powder + salt according to taste.. leave it for some time.

3 . Take Rice flour And Semolina (Rava) flour .

4 . Take the Marinated Bombay duck deep it in the rice and tap the fish , keep it in side.

5 . Heat a pan with 2 big spoon oil.

6 . Add 3-4 clove of garlic toss it for 3-4 second .

7 . Then add the Marinated Bombay duck in pan.

8 . Sprinkle some Semolina  (Rava) flour.
